When and where is Forum?
16 and 17 November 2026, at St Mary's Marylebone, Wyndham Place, London W1H 1PQ. Welcome drinks are on the evening of Sunday 15 November.
How do I get a ticket?
Tickets are on sale now. Book on the tickets page. emailexpert members receive discounted rates, applied at checkout.
What does a ticket include?
Both conference days, access to both tracks, refreshments and lunch on both days, and the evening networking on 16 November. The gala dinner on 17 November is ticketed separately.
Is the gala dinner included?
No. The gala dinner on the evening of 17 November is a separate ticketed event.
Who is speaking?
The lineup is published above and grows through the autumn. All speakers are subject to final confirmation.
Can I speak at London Forum?
Yes. Submissions are open and reviewed by the emailexpert programme team against the same criteria for everyone: relevance, originality and whether the session gives the room something it cannot get elsewhere. That applies equally to sponsors, to our advisors and to first-time speakers.

emailexpert, which has provided neutral ground for the email industry for over fifteen years. Forum is our flagship event and this is the first one.

Travelling to Forum
Visas, ETAs and invitation letters
Do I need a visa to attend Forum?
It depends on your nationality. If you normally need a visa to visit the UK, you will need a Standard Visitor visa, which permits attending conferences. If you do not need a visa, you will almost certainly need an Electronic Travel Authorisation instead. Check your own position on GOV.UK before booking travel.
What is an ETA, and do I need one?
An Electronic Travel Authorisation is a digital permission linked to your passport, required for nationals of around 85 visa-exempt countries, including the EU, the United States, Canada and Australia. It is not a visa. It costs £20, lasts two years, and most applications are decided within minutes through the UK ETA app.
Enforcement is live. Airlines, ferry operators and Eurostar will not board you without one. If you have travelled to London for years without thinking about paperwork, this is the one to check. Apply at least three working days before you fly.
Can you provide a visa invitation letter?
Yes. We can issue invitation letters to delegates who have booked and paid for their ticket in full. Once you have booked, simply reply to your confirmation email to request a letter. Please make your request by 25 September 2026.
Invitation letters are issued once we have received all the required details from you.
We can confirm that you are registered for the event, but cannot provide immigration advice or make representations regarding your visa application. An invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted or that you will be admitted to the UK.
What do I need to give you for the letter?
Your full name exactly as it appears in your passport, your passport number, date of birth and nationality, your job title and employer, and your booking reference.
We hold this information only to produce your letter and delete it after the event.
When should I apply for my visa?
Applications cannot be made more than three months before you travel, so the earliest date for Forum is mid-August 2026. Standard processing is around three weeks from your biometrics appointment, and a priority service is available at some visa application centres.
Do not leave it. October is busy and delays are common.
What happens if my visa is refused?
If your visa or ETA is refused, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague at no charge, take full value credit against a future emailexpert event, or take a refund of the ticket price less a £35 administration fee. Payment processing costs are not returned to us when a refund is issued, and the fee covers those and the administration involved.
To qualify you must have requested your letter by 25 September 2026, submitted your application and completed biometrics by 16 October 2026, and sent us the official refusal notice within 48 hours of receiving it. This applies to conference tickets and gala dinner tickets.
I have missed the letter deadline. Can you still help?
Get in touch and we will issue a letter where we can. We cannot advise on whether the timing will work, and the refund terms above will not apply to late requests.
I am speaking at Forum. Is anything different for me?
Speakers travel as visitors on the same basis as delegates and we issue letters the same way. If you are receiving a fee from anyone for your appearance, tell us before you apply, because a different immigration route may apply.
