Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you can no longer attend London Forum, we would rather help you transfer your ticket or use its value towards another emailexpert event.
Transfer your ticket to another person
You may transfer your ticket to another attendee at no charge.
Please contact us as soon as possible with the replacement attendee's details. Transfers must be completed before the event begins and may be subject to operational deadlines for badges, catering or other personalised arrangements.
Transfer your ticket value to another emailexpert event
If you can no longer attend, you may request full ticket-value credit towards a future emailexpert event, provided you contact us at least 14 days before London Forum begins.
Credit is:
- valid for an emailexpert event taking place within 12 months of London Forum;
- subject to availability at the replacement event;
- applied against the price of the replacement ticket; and
- non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the replacement ticket costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, no cash refund will be given for the difference.
Requests made less than 14 days before London Forum are not eligible for event credit, but you may still transfer your ticket to another attendee.
Refunds
Tickets are otherwise non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds because of changes of plan, inability to travel, transport disruption, flight cancellation, work commitments, illness or other circumstances preventing attendance.
The exception is a qualifying visa or ETA refusal under the policy below, or where a refund is required by law.
Visa or ETA refusal
If your visa or ETA is refused, you may choose to:
- transfer your ticket to another person at no charge;
- take full ticket-value credit towards a future emailexpert event; or
- receive a refund of the ticket price less a £35 administration fee.
To qualify for a visa or ETA refusal refund, you must have:
- requested your invitation letter from us by 25 September 2026;
- submitted your application and completed any required biometrics by 16 October 2026; and
- sent us a copy of the official refusal notice within 48 hours of receiving it.
These conditions must all be met.
The £35 administration fee contributes towards payment-processing costs that are not returned to us when a payment is refunded and the administration involved in processing the request.
This visa and ETA policy applies to both London Forum conference tickets and gala dinner tickets.
A visa or ETA refund is available only where an application has actually been refused. Delays in processing, failure to apply in time, inability to secure an appointment, withdrawal of an application or a decision not to travel do not qualify for a refund.
Travel and accommodation
Emailexpert is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, ETA or other costs incurred in connection with attending London Forum.
We strongly recommend booking flexible or refundable travel and accommodation where appropriate.
If we cancel or materially change the event
If London Forum is cancelled by us and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.
If the event is postponed, rescheduled or materially changed, we will provide the options required by applicable law and our Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for attendees' travel, accommodation or other consequential costs arising from cancellation, postponement or changes to the event, except where required by law.
How to request a transfer, credit or qualifying refund
Requests must be made in writing and include your order number and attendee details.
Deadlines are measured from the scheduled start time of London Forum.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
